These terms govern your use of the DesignFaelo website and any project you commission. Starting a project means you agree to them.

01Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you ("the client") and DesignFaelo, a project-based creative studio operated by ZENTIRE LLC ("we", "us"), 7901 4th St N #33768, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. By commissioning a project or using this site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
02Services & scope
We deliver fixed-fee creative packages, logo design, brand identity, website design & build, video & motion, and digital marketing creative. The scope of each package is described on its service page and confirmed in your quote. Work outside that scope is a separate project or quote.
03Fixed-fee pricing & payment
Each package is quoted as a fixed fee upfront. The price does not change mid-project unless you request work beyond the agreed scope. Payment terms are confirmed in your quote before work begins.
04Revisions
Every package includes unlimited revisions before you approve the final files, there is no revision cap and no extra charge for further rounds, provided requests stay within the agreed scope.
05Satisfaction guarantee
If, after a good-faith revision process, the work is genuinely not right, our satisfaction guarantee applies and we will work to make it right. The guarantee assumes reasonable, timely collaboration from both sides.
06Turnaround & timelines
An estimated timeline is shared before you pay. Timelines depend on package complexity and on prompt feedback and materials from you. Estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.
07Ownership & intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Unused concepts and working files remain ours unless otherwise agreed.
08Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate briefs, timely feedback, and any materials needed, and to confirm you have the rights to any content you supply. Delays in feedback or materials may affect the timeline.
09Cancellations & refunds
If you cancel after work has begun, fees for work already completed may be non-refundable. Refunds outside the satisfaction guarantee are handled case by case. Contact us and we'll find a fair resolution.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fee paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and the terms in effect when you commission a project apply to that project.
12Governing law
These terms and any project commissioned under them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
