How cancellations and refunds work for DesignFaelo projects. This policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions.

01Overview
DesignFaelo is a project-based creative studio operated by ZENTIRE LLC, 7901 4th St N #33768, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for the fixed-fee packages you commission. It is consistent with, and part of, our Terms & Conditions.
02Fixed-fee pricing
Each package is quoted as a fixed fee upfront. The price does not change mid-project unless you request work beyond the agreed scope, and payment terms are confirmed in your quote before work begins. You always know the price before any work starts.
03Unlimited revisions come first
Every package includes unlimited revisions before you approve the final files, with no revision cap and no extra charge for further rounds, provided requests stay within the agreed scope. Because we revise until you are happy, a refund is rarely needed, our first step is always to keep refining the work.
04Satisfaction guarantee
If, after a good-faith revision process, the work is genuinely not right, our satisfaction guarantee applies and we will work to make it right. The guarantee assumes reasonable, timely collaboration from both sides.
05Cancellations & refunds
If you cancel after work has begun, fees for work already completed may be non-refundable. Refunds outside the satisfaction guarantee are handled case by case. Contact us and we will find a fair resolution.
06How to request a refund
To raise a refund or cancellation, email services@designfaelo.com or use our contact form. Please include your name, the project or package, and a short note on what is not working. We will respond, review it fairly, and agree the next step with you.
07How refunds are issued
Any refund we agree to is issued to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and the policy in effect when you commission a project applies to that project.
